Cesar Ramirez is graduate of Wink School, and has lived in Wink for 46 years. He started his employment with the City of Kermit in August of 2013. Cesar Ramirez started as a sanitation truck driver, he became the sanitation foreman in 2016. He became Public Works Superintendent in 2023 and assumed responsibility of Parks and Cemetery Department. Cesar became Director of Public Works the end of 2024 after receiving Municipal Solid Waste Operators Class B License. Cesar Ramirez oversees the Sanitation, Parks and Cemetery, Street, Fleet and Permitting Departments.
