Rachel Garcia is from Nampa, Idaho and graduated from SkyView High School in 2008. Two years ago, she moved to Kermit, Texas. In September 2024, she began working for the city of Kermit in the street department, and in June 2025, she transitioned to an admin assistant position in the utilities department. She is a single parent to six children, with four boys and two girls, and owns a husky, a toy poodle, and a turtle. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, barbecuing, fishing, and hiking. She also enjoys making indigenous jewelry and other crafts.
